Qigong

 

What Is Qigong?

Qigong translates as "internal or life force energy work".  Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of exercise and meditation.  It is a spiritual discipline that promotes well being through the mind, body and the spirit.

     Qigong Promotes:

  • More restorative sleep
  • Improves Digestion
  • Greater physiological control
  • Beneficial for a variety of illnesses
